How we store your data

Data Storage & Security Measures:

Hostinger: The website is hosted by Hostinger. Hostinger processes technical data on our behalf to provide website hosting and related services. This may include server logs and security-related data. Where personal data is processed outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK data protection law.

Stripe: Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Calendly: Calendly is used to manage meeting and appointment bookings. Calendly processes personal data on our behalf in order to provide this service.

Google Workspace: Email and business communications, including document storage, are handled via Google Workspace (for example, Gmail and Google Drive). Google processes personal data on our behalf and applies appropriate security and data protection measures.

How long we keep information

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, including providing our services, meeting legal or accounting requirements, and resolving disputes.

When personal data is no longer required, it is securely deleted.
